Suggestions

My guess is Ethernet garbage from a home network. I've got similar sounding signals here, but primarily drifting from 50.0 to 50.125, frequency varying through the day with temperature. You might keep an ear on it when you are doing some web browsing / file transfers, and see if you can discern some changes in the pattern, assuming you have a home network there.

At the time of this Spectragraph the noise is gone. Notice the wavering tone that had been there all day.
